Why did you choose to work for Europeople?

Being able to source high quality staff allowed me to develop the potato enterprise on my farm and I concluded that it would also be very useful to other farmers and businesses hence, Europeople began.

What’s the most interesting part of your job?

Recruitment is dynamic and fast moving

Where do you call home?

Church Farm

What do you do to relax?

Watch England beat Australia in test match cricket, supporting England rugby team, watching Louise compete at dressage, going to Villa park to watch football, playing golf, surfing and shooting on the farm.

Who are the most important people in your life?

Louise. We have been married since 1994 and together we have dealt with the ups and downs of life ever since.
